How to delight and prepare for trouble?

I hope you have read the post on how to develop a successful organization (LINK). If you didn’t, please read it and start developing a Vision. Problems are on our mind every day, and it is our mission every day to lessen the influence of problems in our organization and community. When we begin to give space in our mind to opportunities, problems diminish and objectives are achieved.

Even so, problems will arise and will also be repeated and to be prepared, it is best to develop a team and infrastructure that can be as agile as possible to be able to have a quick reaction in case of problems or errors.

Problems are opportunities to delight people. These can cause all kinds of untimely losses in the way of an organization for which they must be categorized and the damages in case of a victim being compensated. Some damage cannot be fixed, so it is advisable to focus on a culture that reduces mistakes and waste.

Agile Team

An agile organism has a high dynamic capacity that gives it speed, adaptation, and responsiveness as well as the high capacity of established practices focused on efficiency, resilience, and scalability.

In general, in an Agile team:

Leadership sets direction and streamlines action
Teams develop focused by business or segment
The positions are not so important but the focus is the action and creation of strategic networks
Quick changes and flexible resources
In an organization with an Agile culture in general, there are some roles and names such as Tribe, Squad, Chapter, Sponsor, Scrum Master, Product Owner, Key Account Manager, among many more.

Above all, it is important that the sponsors are fully committed and trained in how to work with agile cells.
Delight
In many organizations, the Customer Service team is responsible for keeping the person we want to delight satisfied and happy with the work that will be done in each initiative to achieve their Vision. Because of this, it is very important to develop an organization that has a focused team with resources to be able to Delight people. You always have to deliver more than you expect.
